Room Manager - Toddlers Room

Are you an experienced early years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a passionate and inspiring Room Manager to lead a busy Toddlers Room.

As Room Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive. You'll lead and support your team, build strong relationships with families, and ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained every day.

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).

• Previous experience working within an early years setting.
\n
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
\n
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
\n
• A positive, organised and enthusiastic approach.
