We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing chartered surveying practice covering the Twickenham area. This is an excellent opportunity to join the business on an employed basis, offering remote working, full or part-time hours, an attractive bonus scheme, and genuine long-term career progression.

Working within a 25-mile radius from your home, you'll carry out residential surveys and valuations while delivering a high-quality service to clients across the region.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out RICS Level 2 HomeBuyer Surveys
\n
• Undertake Mortgage Valuations
\n
• Deliver accurate, professional reports using industry-leading software
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
\n
• Ensure surveys and valuations are completed to RICS standards and agreed timescales
\n
• Manage your own diary and workload efficiently
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
\n

Residential Surveyor Requirements

\n
• AssocRICS qualified or above
\n
• Minimum of two years' post-qualification surveying experience
\n
• VRS registered
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
