Join our dedicated team as an SEN Teaching Assistant, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children with special educational needs. This role requires a compassionate individual who can provide tailored support in a classroom setting, assisting with learning, behaviour management, and personal development.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Support children with special educational needs within the classroom environment. \n
- Assist with both academic learning and personal development tasks. \n
- Work closely with students either one-on-one or in small groups to ensure they receive the support they need. \n
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to implement effective strategies that promote student engagement and success. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Previous experience working with SEN students is desirable but not essential. \n
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle, as the role may involve travel to different locations or activities is desirable but not essential. \n
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and engage with students. \n
- A passion for supporting the development and education of young people, with a patient and nurturing approach. \n
- GCSE Mathematics & English Grade C and equivalent or above. \n
