Job Description
Location: Kings Cross, London (with travel to sites across Central London)
\nSalary: Up to £57,000 DOE + Discretionary Bonus
\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to join a well-established and highly respected building services contractor delivering Mechanical & Electrical projects across some of London's most prestigious properties.
\nWorking across landmark commercial and heritage buildings, including Royal Palaces, Grade I & II Listed Buildings, museums, galleries and universities, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of electrical compliance, safety and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Act as the company's NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor. \n
- Oversee electrical compliance, inspection, testing and certification across multiple projects. \n
- Carry out technical audits and site inspections to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. \n
- Review and approve electrical certification and associated documentation. \n
- Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors and project teams. \n
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with current BS 7671 Wiring Regulations. \n
- Liaise with clients and external auditors while promoting best practice across all projects. \n
The successful applicant will possess:
\n- \n
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent). \n
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. \n
- City & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection & Testing. \n
- A valid ECS Card. \n
- Experience carrying out EICRs. \n
- Excellent knowledge of BS 7671 and commercial electrical installations. \n
- Previous NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor experience is advantageous. \n
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. \n
