This Lambeth based Primary School is seeking an committed year 4 Teacher to work Full time from September 2026. This is a long term supply booked or FTC for a period of 1 academic year. This is a great opportunity to join a busy and welcoming primary school where behaviour is good and pupils enjoy coming to school. The successful candidate will be a QTS teacher with prior experience of year 4 and able to under take the duties and responsibilities of a class teacher.

This is a welcoming and supportive school with a supportive Senior Leadership team

Role and Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons tailored to the needs year 4 pupils
\n
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and personal development of each child
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support student learning and well-being
\n
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting appropriate targets
\n
• Uphold the Catholic ethos and values of the school in all aspects of teaching and community life
\n

Qualifications and Experience:

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
\n
• Proven experience teaching in primary education, preferably within Year 1
\n
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment strategies
\n
• Commitment to promoting the Catholic ethos and values of the school
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
