Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join an AJ100 practice who provide award-winning design services to the residential, retail, leisure, and commercial sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and proactive Architect to join their retail team based in Sheffield

Duties for the role of Architect include:

\n
• Manage and deliver a range of retail projects
\n
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
\n
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
\n
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
\n
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
\n
• Issue working drawing packs of information
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architect:

\n
• ARB registered
\n
• Relevant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
\n
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
\n
• Experience working on projects within the retail sector is desirable
\n
• Excellent drawing and design skills
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
\n
