Plumber

Job Title: Multi Skilled Plumber Type: Permanent Location: Bridgend Salary: £28,829 Hours: Full time BRC are working closely with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Plumber to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference by carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance and minor adaptations that help older people and people with disabilities remain safe and independent in their own homes. This is a customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing works across a range of domestic properties. Duties:\n

\n
• Carry out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
\n
• Install and repair pipework, taps, toilets, sinks and other sanitary ware.
\n
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently.
\n
• Complete minor bathroom adaptations to support independent living where required.
\n
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
\n
• Travel between customer properties using a company vehicle.
\n
• Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied homes.
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Proven experience carrying out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance.
\n
• Experience working within a housing association, local authority or similar environment.
\n
• The ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs independently.
\n
• An understanding of the needs of older people and people with disabilities.
\n
• A full UK driving licence.
\n
