\nWorking Pattern: Monday to Thursday (4 days per week)
\nSalary: MPS (dependent on experience)
About the Role\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Northwich from September 2026 through to December 2026. This is a part-time opportunity (4 days per week, Monday–Thursday), with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
\nYou will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports children at the very start of their education journey.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging EYFS lessons aligned with the national curriculum \n
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment \n
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress effectively \n
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff \n
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues \n
- Support the wider school ethos and contribute to school life \n

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) \n
- Have recent experience teaching within EYFS / Reception \n
- Demonstrate a passion for early childhood education \n
- Be creative, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning \n
- Have strong classroom management and communication skills \n
- Be a team player with a proactive attitude \n
