SEN Teaching Assistant - Hassocks

£120 per day | Temp to Perm Opportunity | Immediate Start Available

We are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist secondary school in the Hassocks area, supporting students with autism. This welcoming and well-resourced setting provides a calm, structured environment where both students and staff are supported to thrive.

\n

The school benefits from small class sizes and an excellent staff-to-student ratio, allowing you to work closely with learners on both a 1:1 basis and in small groups. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working alongside experienced teachers and on-site therapy professionals to provide tailored support that makes a real impact.

This setting has a strong focus on developing students’ independence, confidence, and life skills, making it an incredibly rewarding place to work for anyone passionate about SEN education.

  • Supporting secondary-aged students with autism
