\n\nThe Role
\n\nWorking within the Baby Room, you'll help create a caring, stimulating environment where babies feel safe, secure and inspired to explore the world around them.
\n\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n\nSupporting babies' learning, development and emotional wellbeing through high-quality interactions
\nPlanning engaging, play-based activities that promote curiosity and early development
\nObserving children's progress and contributing to individual learning journeys
\nBuilding positive relationships with parents and carers
\nSupporting communication, physical, personal, social and emotional development
\nWorking closely with colleagues to maintain an outstanding learning environment
\n\nEvery day offers new opportunities to celebrate children's achievements and support their individual milestones.
\n\nAbout You
\n\nWe're looking for someone who:
\n\nHolds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
\nHas previous experience working with babies or within an Early Years setting
\nIs caring, patient and passionate about giving children the very best start in life
\nHas a good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
\nEnjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team
\nBuilds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
