As a Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting classroom teaching and learning activities
\n
• Delivering one-to-one interventions and targeted support
\n
• Working with small groups to raise attainment and confidence
\n
• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
\n
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
\n
• Assisting with classroom preparation and organisation
\n
• Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback where appropriate
\n
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

To be considered for these Teaching Assistant opportunities, you should have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
\n
• Previous experience working within a UK primary school setting
\n
• Experience supporting children in EYFS, KS1, or KS2
\n
• A positive, proactive, and supportive approach to learning

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• A genuine passion for helping children succeed
\n
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
