\nTradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and caring Supply Teaching Assistants to work in a wide range of primary schools throughout Nottinghamshire, including Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark, Worksop, Retford, West Bridgford, Beeston, Hucknall, Arnold, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Kirkby-in-Ashfield, and surrounding areas.
\nWhether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a recent graduate considering a career in education, a nursery practitioner, youth worker, sports coach, care worker, or simply someone with experience working with children, we'd love to hear from you.
\nNo two days are the same, and supply work offers the perfect opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying complete flexibility over when and where you work.
The Role\nAs a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in creating engaging learning environments and help pupils reach their full potential. Responsibilities may include:

- Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. \n
- Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions. \n
- Assisting children with varying learning needs, including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). \n
- Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging pupil engagement. \n
- Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. \n
- Supporting teachers with classroom preparation and daily learning activities. \n

We're keen to hear from candidates who have:

- Experience working with children in any capacity (school experience is beneficial but not essential). \n
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development. \n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team. \n
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. \n
