\nThis SEMH Teaching Assistant role is ideal for:
\nExperienced Teaching Assistants
\nYouth Workers
\nResidential Support Workers
\nPsychology, Criminology or Education graduates
\nIndividuals with relevant voluntary or support work experience
\nThe Role
\nAs an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will:
\nProvide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
\nHelp students regulate their emotions, develop positive behaviours and engage confidently in learning.
\nBuild positive, trusting relationships that promote confidence and resilience.
\nWork alongside teachers, SENCOs, therapists and external professionals to support individual learning plans.
\nAssist with behaviour strategies and interventions that enable pupils to achieve their full potential.
