- Support the day-to-day management and successful delivery of maintenance contracts. \n
- Lead, motivate and develop operational teams to achieve excellent service delivery. \n
- Monitor contract performance, ensuring KPIs and service level agreements are consistently met. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. \n
- Manage subcontractors and supplier performance. \n
- Ensure planned works, reactive repairs, customer complaints and disrepair cases are resolved efficiently. \n
- Monitor financial performance, assisting with budgets, forecasting and profitability. \n
- Prepare quotations for minor works and oversee projects through to completion. \n
- Promote a strong health & safety culture, ensuring compliance across all activities. \n
- Carry out inductions, toolbox talks and ongoing team development. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer experience. \n
- Participate in the out-of-hours management rota. \n
- \n
- At least 5 years' experience within property maintenance, building services or facilities management. \n
- Previous experience supervising or supporting the management of maintenance contracts. \n
- Strong knowledge of responsive repairs and planned maintenance. \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. \n
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and quotations. \n
- Good understanding of health & safety legislation and best practice. \n
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure. \n
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and job management systems. \n
- Construction, Building or Facilities qualifications (HNC/HND or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential. \n
