- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Holds QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification. \n
- Enhanced DBS: A valid Enhanced DBS clearance registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one). \n
- Up-to-date knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment requirements for IT and Business. \n
- Eligibility to Work: Valid legal entitlement to work full-time in the UK. \n

- Behaviour Management: Ability to seamlessly execute strict, school-wide behavioural systems with absolute consistency. \n
- Subject Expertise: Deep, dual-discipline knowledge across business concepts and digital/IT applications. \n
- Curriculum Delivery: Skill in breaking down complex technical processes or economic models into scannable, clear lessons. \n
- Data Analysis: Competency in assessing student performance metrics to pinpoint specific gaps in learning. \n
- Adaptability: The capacity to thrive and remain positive within a fast-paced, highly structured school day. \n
- Relationship Building: Exceptional skill in nurturing trust and accountability with young people from various backgrounds. \n
