Job Title: Teaching Assistant (x2)

Contract: Full-Time

We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming and supportive school in Winsford. These roles offer the opportunity to make a real difference in pupils’ educational journeys by supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom.

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
\n
• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
\n
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and activities
\n
• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning environment
\n
• Provide support for pupils with additional needs where required
\n
• Contribute to the overall wellbeing and safeguarding of all children
\n

• Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
\n
• A patient, caring, and adaptable approach
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
\n
• A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
\n
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous
