Full-Time Teaching Assistant

\nWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting students in their educational journey. Full-time availability is desirable, but we can be flexible around you!
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities across various subjects. \n
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students, ensuring they understand and stay on track with their work. \n
- Help prepare teaching materials and set up classrooms for lessons. \n
- Support students with additional learning needs, helping to create an inclusive learning environment. \n
- Supervise students during break and lunch times. \n
- Foster a positive, safe, and supportive environment for all students. \n
Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential. \n
- A genuine passion for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential. \n
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. \n
- A full UK driving licence is desirable. \n
