\nLocation: Leeds
\nType: Flexible
\nWorking Hours: 08:30am - 15:30pm.
\nSalary: £90- £95 per day

\nYour Role as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
\nAs an LSA, you will provide critical support to both students and teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include:
\nTailored Support: Assisting in the delivery of personalised teaching, working with students individually or in small groups.
\nEngaging Sensory Work: Supporting pupils in sensory activities that promote engagement and development.
\nResource Preparation: Helping to prepare resources and materials that enhance learning experiences.
\nFeedback and Communication: Providing insightful feedback to teachers and parents about student progress and engagement.
\nSpecialist Support: Working closely with pupils who have Autism, Severe Learning difficulties, and other complex needs, fostering their academic, social, and emotional growth.
