Airmid are now recruiting for reliable compassionate Support Workers in the Hackney area , for work supporting a client in a Residential Setting. Location: Hackney Salary: £15.00 per hour PAYE Shift pattern: Sat and Sun 1pm-6pm, 3 weekends on/3 weekends off Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality care Be proactive with managing behaviour & de-escalation Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
