Transport Coordinator - Leeds Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 Nter Talent — on behalf of our client Nter Talent is recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join a busy transport operation in Leeds, working day shifts. This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-driven individual who enjoys keeping a fast-paced operation running smoothly. The Role: * Coordinating day-to-day transport operations to ensure deliveries run smoothly and on time * Analysing data to identify trends and inform logistics decisions * Managing relationships with customers and drivers, delivering excellent service and promptly addressing any concerns * Using IT systems (including [TMS/TOPS], Excel, and Word) to maintain accurate records and generate reports * Supporting the wider transport team with day-to-day communications and planning * Making real-time decisions to resolve operational issues such as delays What We're Looking For: * Strong written and spoken English * Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook * Good IT skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail * Strong customer service skills Desirable: Previous experience using transport/logistics operating systems Benefits: * Company pension * Free parking Interested?
