Class 2 Container Driver

Class 2 Container Driver – DAYS (£15.50 per hour) We're looking for an experienced Class 2 Container Driver to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. If you're a reliable, safety-conscious driver looking for consistent daytime work, we'd like to hear from you. You'll be driving modern Class 2 vehicles, completing container deliveries and collections while providing a professional service and ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently. The Role * Day shifts with start times between 05:00 and 08:00 * Class 2 container deliveries and collections * Minimal handball – primarily driving duties * Complete vehicle checks before each shift * Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time * Accurately complete delivery paperwork and vehicle records * Follow all road traffic, driver hours and health & safety regulations * Report any vehicle defects or incidents promptly Requirements * Valid Category C (Class 2) licence * Minimum 12 months' Class 2 driving experience * Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card * Good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislation * Reliable, punctual and professional approach to work What to Expect * £15.50 per hour (days) * Consistent daytime shifts * Average 13-hour shifts, with occasional shifts up to 15 hours * Ongoing work with a well-established logistics operation * Modern vehicles and a professional working environment If you're an experienced Class 2 driver looking for steady, ongoing work with a reputable company, apply today
