Bms Service Engineer

Hours: Flexible 0700–1900 Mon–Fri. Occasional weekend/evening work. Overtime or flexing hours available. Projects range £10k–£1.5m, with strong growth planned over 3–5 years. Role Overview Service Engineers support PFI Schools, Hospitals, Government Estates and MOD sites. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure and commission BMS components (Trend, Tridium, Distech). * Planned maintenance and reactive call‑outs (additional pay for rota). * Technical support to clients. * Identify improvement/remedial works. * Prepare proposals and quotations. * Build strong customer relationships. * Training provided
