We're Hiring: Static Electrical Engineer &A1;π§π’ π¨ π Manchester π· Β£40,000 - Β£42,000 + Benefits π’ Leading UK Facilities Management Provider π Static Site Role Weβre looking for an experienced Static Electrical Engineer &A1; to join a leading Facilities Management organisation based in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and self-sufficient engineer who enjoys taking ownership of their work and delivering high-quality electrical services within a static site environment. π’ Working independently π·β&42;οΈ, you will play a key role in maintaining electrical systems, ensuring compliance, and providing an excellent service to both clients and contractors. π€ π§ What you'll be doing: '14;οΈ Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across electrical systems &A1;π§ '14;οΈ Installing, inspecting, and maintaining electrical equipment in accordance with current regulations π '14;οΈ Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults to ensure minimal disruption π οΈ '14;οΈ Managing your own workload and working independently on site π·β&42;οΈ '14;οΈ Liaising effectively with clients and contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations π€ '14;οΈ Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with Health & Safety procedures π¦Ί '14;οΈ Reporting progress and escalating any issues promptly π '14;οΈ Maintaining accurate records and completing all necessary documentation π» '14;οΈ Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service β π· What we're looking for: β Essential: &A1; 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification π NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification π
