Project Manager / Contracts Manager Oxford (Office & Sites in Oxfordshire) £50,000 - £60,000 + Company Vehicle / Allowance + Discretionary Bonus + Training + Pension Are you a Project Manager or experienced Foreman looking to step into a management role with a highly regarded residential construction company? Do you want to work on high-quality bespoke residential and commercial projects while receiving hands-on training and becoming part of a business built on reputation, repeat work and craftsmanship? This is an exciting opportunity to join an established construction company specialising in bespoke residential new builds, refurbishments and commercial projects across Oxfordshire. You will split your time between the office and site, overseeing multiple projects, supporting site teams, coordinating labour and materials, managing contracts and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards. The company is happy to train someone with a strong trade background, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced Foreman looking to progress into Project or Contracts Management.
