CNC Punch Press Operator - Lates Plymouth | £17.47 per hour + Overtime + Bonus | 3pm - 11pm | Temp to Perm Introduction We are recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established sheet metal manufacturer based in the Belliver area of Plymouth. Due to continued growth and investment, they are seeking an experienced CNC Punch Press Operator to join their skilled production team. Key Duties Operate CNC punch press machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components. Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Set and adjust machine parameters as required. Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications. Work to production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times. Requirements Proven experience operating CNC punch press machinery. Ability to read and understand technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach. Comfortable working continental shifts, including weekends. Shift Pattern & Pay £17.47 per hour. Monday to Friday, 3pm - 11pm.
