Halifax 💷 Circa £40,000 DOE 🕒 Monday - Friday | Days We're recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a growing engineering business in Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong engineering background who can manage projects, lead teams and ensure high standards of technical delivery, quality and safety. The Role of the Engineering Manager: * Lead, coach and develop the engineering team * Plan and manage engineer workloads, deployment and resource allocation * Oversee engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion * Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget * Review technical drawings, designs and project specifications * Manage engineering stock, specialist equipment and workshop standards The Ideal Engineering Manager: '14; Previous experience in an Engineering Manager or Senior Engineering role '14; Strong leadership and people management skills '14; Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving ability '14; Experience managing projects and engineering teams '14; Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer to the Engineering Manager: '05; Circa £40,000 salary '05; Monday to Friday days '05; Stable, long-term opportunity '05; Leadership role within a growing business '05; Opportunity to influence engineering standards and business growth 📩 Interested?
