๏ธ๐Ÿ”ง ๐Ÿšจ We're Hiring: HVAC Engineer ๐Ÿšจ ๐Ÿ”ง๐ŸŒก๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ Nottingham ๐Ÿ’ท Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits ๐Ÿ•’ Monday โ€“ Friday | Full-Time | Permanent We're looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with a strong Building Management Systems (BMS) background to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a highly regulated research and technical environment. ๐ŸŒ This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining critical environmental conditions that support specialist operations, ensuring mechanical and electrical building services perform safely, efficiently, and reliably. ๐Ÿ”ง What You'll Be Doing: ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Monitoring and maintaining critical environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, pressure and air change rates. ๐Ÿ’ป Using Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor performance, identify faults and support rapid issue resolution. &99;๏ธ Working alongside maintenance teams to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and develop effective solutions. ๐Ÿ“Š Analysing asset performance to improve reliability, efficiency and long-term maintenance strategies. ๐Ÿ” Supporting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions to minimise future failures. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Assisting with planned maintenance, system upgrades and asset replacement projects. ๐Ÿ“ Reviewing new installations and carrying out engineering calculations where required. ๐Ÿ“‹ Producing technical reports and maintaining accurate engineering documentation. ๐Ÿค Coordinating contractors and supporting project delivery across site. ๐Ÿฆบ Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety regulations and site procedures. ๐Ÿ‘ท What We're Looking For: ๐ŸŒก๏ธ Strong HVAC engineering experience within Building Services or Facilities Management. ๐Ÿ’ป Proven experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS) and environmental controls. ๐Ÿ”ง Multi-skilled engineering background with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. ๐Ÿ“ˆ At least 2 years' experience in a Reliability Engineer or similar technical engineering role. ๐Ÿ“– Excellent understanding of planned maintenance, asset reliability and fault-finding techniques. ๐Ÿ“ Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. ๐Ÿง  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. ๐ŸŽ“ BSc/BEng in an Engineering discipline is desirable. โญ Desirable Experience: ๐Ÿงช Previous experience within research, laboratory, pharmaceutical, healthcare or other highly regulated environments. ๐Ÿ“Š Knowledge of statistical analysis and asset performance monitoring. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ Experience supporting engineering projects and contractor management. ๐Ÿ’ผ What's On Offer: ๐Ÿ’ท Competitive Salary ๐Ÿ•’ Monday to Friday working hours โ€“ enjoy a great work-life balance. ๐Ÿ“ˆ Long-term career progression with a leading Facilities Management organisation. ๐ŸŽ“ Ongoing training and professional development opportunities. ๐Ÿ”ง Opportunity to work in a technically challenging, critical engineering environment. ๐Ÿ”’ Permanent position with excellent career prospects. ๐ŸŒก๏ธ If you're an experienced HVAC or Building Services Engineer looking to step into a Reliability Engineering role where your technical expertise will make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you
