Job Title: Communal Heating Engineer/Wet Worker Location: South East London Paying: £41,000 minmum w/ Van and Fuel Card + Overtime/Call Out Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities: * Working on district/communal heating systems within the properties * Radiator and cylinder upgrades and installs * TRVs/lockshields * Diagnosing heating and hot water issues * 2 ports and 3 ports * Isolating properties to carry out works Requirements: * Full UK Driving License * Level 2 Plumbing Qualification * Experience in a similar role * Experience within social housing (desirable) Benefits * Company van and fuel card * PDA and uniform * Annual leave allowance * Company pension
