An independent, non-profit fostering agency is seeking an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their team on a locum basis.

About the role: You will be joining a non-profit independent fostering agency that provides therapeutic support to foster families across Somerset. You will manage a small caseload of approximately 7 foster carers providing high-quality supervision, support, and guidance.

Requirements:

• Registered with Social Work England
\n
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Previous experience within fostering or children's social care
\n
• Strong knowledge of current legislation and safeguarding requirements
