Electrical Service Engineers

The Company

Our client is a market leading engineering company and a top employer of choice in the region. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an Electrical Service Engineer.

The Role

\n
• Involves local work and some working away.
\n
• Electrical installation work and maintenance.
\n
• Also working on multi-core cable, cable tray, containment and test on completion.
\n
• Install electrical power distribution equipment and termination of low voltage and cabling
\n
• Maintain electrical power distribution equipment.
\n
• Systems testing and fault diagnosis.
\n
• Perform site risk assessments and assist in producing method statements.
\n
• Document test results and produce site work reports.
\n

The Person

\n
• Must be time served or hold relevant equivalent.
\n
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation.
\n
• 18th Edition wiring regulations.
\n
• Driving license.
\n
• Relevant experience as a service engineer.
\n
• Applicants for the position should have proven experience over a wide range of equipment and systems.
\n
• Able to deliver a high level of customer care and develop long standing customer relationships.
\n
• Ability to organise and prioritise to meet a wide range of diverse and demanding activities.
\n
