Contract Manager 📍 London | Permanent | £60,000 + Package Are you an experienced Contract Manager with a strong Mechanical or Electrical background looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of M&E maintenance contracts across multiple commercial sites in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business where you'll have full responsibility for client relationships, contract performance, and operational delivery. The Role As Contract Manager, you will: * Manage a portfolio of Mechanical & Electrical maintenance contracts across London. * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. * Ensure contracts are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget. * Lead operational performance and drive service excellence. * Travel between client sites across London, with attendance at the Slough office once or twice per week. About You We're looking for someone who has: * A Mechanical or Electrical engineering background. * Proven experience managing profitable maintenance contracts. * Strong knowledge of M&E maintenance within commercial environments. * Experience leading both direct and subcontract labour. * Excellent communication, organisational, and client management skills.
