Key Responsibilities * Build new business through outbound calls, emails, and relationship development. * Engage with employers and job seekers daily, matching talented candidates with exciting opportunities. * Attend meetings with clients ranging from start-ups to established global businesses. * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients. * Source niche and high-calibre talent across the technology sector. * Represent and promote the Hexwired brand within the technical recruitment market. * Work collaboratively within a close-knit, high-performing team. * Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. * Previous experience in a sales, customer-facing, or fast-paced environment. * Evidence of being a high achiever, whether through work, academics, sports, or extracurricular activities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly motivated by results and financial rewards. * Resilient, hardworking, and determined to succeed. * Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn. * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
