Structural / Temporary Works Design Engineer πŸ“ Maidstone | πŸ’° Up to Β£50,000 | πŸ— Hybrid Working Are you a Structural Engineer with experience in Temporary Works? Looking to work on challenging construction projects while progressing toward Chartership? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing engineering consultancy based in Maidstone. πŸ” What You'll Be Doing You’ll be involved in the design and delivery of temporary works solutions across a variety of construction and infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include: '14; Designing temporary works structures – propping, shoring, scaffolding and excavation support '14; Producing structural calculations and reports in accordance with Eurocodes '14; Preparing technical drawings and design details using AutoCAD or similar software '14; Collaborating with contractors, project managers and site teams '14; Attending site visits and inspections when required '14; Supporting design reviews and project coordination 🧠 What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you have: πŸŽ“ A Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering πŸ“Š Around 3–6 years’ experience in structural or temporary works design πŸ“ Knowledge of Eurocodes and BS5975 Temporary Works procedures πŸ’» Experience with structural analysis and CAD software πŸ† Working toward Chartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE) (desirable) 🎁 What You'll Get πŸ’° Salary up to Β£50,000 depending on experience 🏑 Hybrid / flexible working πŸ“ˆ Support toward Chartership 🌴 25 days holiday + bank holidays πŸ’Ό Pension scheme πŸ“š Professional development and training πŸ“© Interested?
