Teaching Assistant Prospero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools across the Southampton area. This role involves working alongside teachers to help create a positive learning environment and ensure pupils remain engaged, supported, and motivated throughout the school day. You will provide a combination of 1:1 support and small‑group assistance, helping pupils who may require additional guidance with their learning, confidence, or classroom engagement.
