Lead / Senior Air Conditioning Engineer

We are recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with a strong installation background who is ready to take the next step into a Lead Engineer role. The successful candidate will oversee and support a team of AC engineers, provide technical guidance on site and carry out surveys for works requiring quotation. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and support the air conditioning engineering team * Provide technical advice and guidance to engineers on site * Carry out air conditioning installations, servicing and maintenance * Complete site surveys for quotation works * Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard * Support the operational and commercial teams with technical input * Liaise professionally with clients, engineers and internal teams What We’re Looking For: * Strong air conditioning installation experience * Excellent technical knowledge of AC systems * Previous experience leading, mentoring or supporting engineers * Confident carrying out site surveys * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Good understanding of health and safety requirements * Full UK driving licence This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer who is ready to progress into a senior position and take greater responsibility for team performance, technical standards and project delivery.
