Trainee Production Operative

Impact Recruitment are looking for two permanent trainee production operatives to work for a local business who offer great career development opportunities. This role requires No Experience, you just simply need a great attitude and the ability to drive to get to their site. This is a role that involves full training. This is a night shift vacancy that involves training on a day shift for serveral months. You will need access to your own transport as this company are based in a rural location. Role: Trainee Production Operative Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm for training & Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am once trained Pay: £13.48 (Day shift) £17.53 (Night Shift once trained) Location: Northampton (Rural location) Daily Duties: Operating and using manufacturing equipment Ensure all equipment is always kept clean Confirming paperwork making sure they are correct Working to strict procedures and processes Using raw materials to manufacture products Making sure completed jobs are quality checked Complete paperwork as required Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followedSkills and Knowledge required Production or manufacturing experience is prefered but not essential Enthusiastic and keen to learn Excellent self-motivation Good IT skills and literacy Excellent Numeracy skills Must be able to drive to get to site If you are interested in this opportunity then please apply with an up to date CV.
