Time: 1pm - 5pm Location: CM11 (Chelmsford) Full job description: Our client is seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers / Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred support a young person diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and Profound learning disability. Key Responsibilities: Support to engage in meaningful, varied activities and prevent boredom. Full assistance with daily living tasks and safe positioning. Support with personal care,outreach support, and daily living tasks, as required, ensuring dignity and respect. Skilled support to ensure safe transfers, correct posture, and safe feeding. Requirements: Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Support Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant. Carer must drive Experience supporting individuals with ASD, ADHD and learning disability. A calm, patient, and empathetic approach. Excellent observation and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
