General Operatives – Energy Storage Exeter, Devon Immediate Starts Available Competitive CIS Rates Long-Term Contract Mint Selection are currently recruiting General Operatives to support the delivery of a major Energy Storage project based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest energy infrastructure projects and work alongside a leading principal contractor delivering critical energy transition projects. Responsibilities * General site labouring and operative duties * Assisting trades and site management teams * Keeping work areas clean, safe and organised * Supporting material deliveries and site logistics * Assisting with installation teams where required * Following all site health & safety procedures * Completing tasks as instructed by supervisors and site management Requirements * Previous experience working on construction, infrastructure or energy projects * Valid CSCS Card (Essential) * Must be able to provide two strong, recent work references * CPCS/NPORS Plant Tickets advantageous but not essential * Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude * Ability to work effectively as part of a busy site team * Full UK driving licence desirable If you're an experienced General Operative looking to be part of a landmark energy infrastructure project, we'd like to hear from you.
