Plumber - Property Services Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: ASAP Location: Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware and Northolt Salary: £24.00 per hour A Plumber Multi-Trade is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential. Daily responsibilities: Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance on domestic properties Completing associated multi-trade works where required Providing a high level of customer service to residents Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently Participating in a rotational on-call schedule for emergency repairs Requirements of a Plumber Multi-Trade: Must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing Must have a full UK manual driving licence Must have a Basic DBS Check Must hold Asbestos Awareness certification (UKATA or IATP) Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience Benefits for the Plumber Multi-Trade: Company vehicle, fuel card and uniform supplied Overtime opportunities available, including evenings and weekends Temporary to permanent opportunity Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm On-call allowance and emergency call-out opportunities If you are interested in hearing more about the vacancy, please apply to the advert or send your CV.
