Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Plymouth £70,000-£75,000 & Package Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on complex refurbishment scheme in Plymouth? Key Responsibilities: * Prepare accurate cost estimates based on consultant reports & technical information * Develop detailed project cost plans as designs progress * Produce quantities from drawings and technical documentation * Support the preparation of Contractor Proposals * Procure consultants and subcontractors * Prepare and submit applications for * Produce accurate monthly cost reports, forecasts and financial updates * Support project mitigation and commercial recovery strategies * Attend client, consultant and project meetings * Mentor and support junior members of the commercial team About You: * Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a Tier 1 or large regional contractor. * Experience preparing cost reports, forecasts and valuations. * Ability to interpret drawings and prepare accurate quantities. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
