HGV Technician Location: Southampton Salary: £40,500 - £45,000 DOE + £1,500 Joining Bonus + Overtime Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm | No Weekend Work Are you an experienced HGV Technician looking for a better work-life balance without compromising on earnings or career progression? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established fleet maintenance business in Southampton that is looking to add an experienced HGV Technician to its growing workshop team. What's on Offer: ·Basic salary of £40,500 - £45,000 depending on experience ·£1,500 joining bonus ·Overtime available ·Annual pay reviews ·Further training with progression to Master Technician ·Regular salary increases as your skills develop ·Monday to Friday working pattern ·No weekend work ·Stable, long-term career with a growing fleet maintenance business The Role: ·Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and commercial vehicles ·Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults ·Complete inspections and preventative maintenance ·Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard ·Work as part of an experienced and supportive workshop team What We're Looking For: ·Level 3 qualification in HGV/LCV Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) ·Previous experience as an HGV, PSV or LCV Technician ·Full UK Driving Licence preferred ·Reliable, motivated and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship If you're looking for a Monday to Friday role with excellent pay, ongoing training and genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
