Project Manager – Fire & Security London £60,000 Basic, Car/Travel Allowance Join one of the UK's fastest-growing Fire & Security integrators as a Project Manager, delivering high-value projects across London and the South East. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll take ownership of projects from contract award through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Project values range from small works up to £1.5 million across a variety of commercial environments. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full lifecycle of Fire & Security projects * Deliver projects ranging from small works up to £1.5 million * Manage project programmes, budgets, forecasts and profitability * Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and suppliers * Oversee procurement, resource planning and project schedules * Manage project risks, variations and client expectations * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Ensure compliance with British Standards, NSI/SSAIB requirements and Health & Safety legislation * Deliver projects involving Fire Alarms, Fire Detection, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and integrated security systems Requirements * Proven Project Management experience within the Fire & Security industry * Experience managing Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarm projects * Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, forecasts and project variations * Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills * Good understanding of British Standards, NSI/SSAIB requirements and Health & Safety legislation * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? * £60,000 basic salary * Company bonus * Car or travel allowance * 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays * Gym membership * Genuine opportunities for career progression * Join a fast-growing business with an excellent reputation and an ambitious, supportive team If you're an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager looking to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.
