Fire & Security Service Engineer (Subcontract) – Manchester £33.00 - £35.00 per Hour Outside IR35 Weekly Pay Every Friday Long-Term Contract Immediate Start Available We are currently seeking an experienced Multiskilled Fire & Security Service Engineer to join a long-term student accommodation project based across Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent contract work with a well-established fire and security contractor. You’ll be working on a large student accommodation portfolio, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple occupied and newly refurbished sites. Scope of Work The successful engineer will be responsible for: Servicing and maintaining fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV, access control and intercom systems Fault finding, diagnostics and reactive repairs Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Small remedial works and system upgrades Completing service reports and associated documentation Ensuring all work is completed to current industry standards and client requirements Delivering a high level of customer service whilst working within occupied buildingsLocation: Work will be carried out across student accommodation sites throughout Manchester.
