We're Hiring: Electrical Maintenance Technician (Electrical Bias) 🚨 🔌&A1; 📍 City of London 💷 Up to £45,000 + £3,140 Shift Allowance + Benefits 🕒 Continental Shift Pattern | Permanent We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, supporting a prestigious critical commercial site in Central London. Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you'll help ensure critical electrical systems remain safe, reliable, and fully operational. &A1; What you'll be doing: 🔧 Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems &99;️ Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across building services plant 💡 Maintaining lighting, emergency lighting, power distribution, UPS, HVAC, and associated equipment 🚨 Responding to breakdowns and ensuring minimal disruption to critical operations 💻 Updating maintenance records and completing all relevant documentation 🤝 Liaising with engineers and site teams to deliver a high standard of service 🦺 Following all Health & Safety procedures within a live critical environment 👷‍&42;️ What we're looking for: 🔹 NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation 🔹 18th Edition Wiring Regulations 🔹 Experience within Facilities Management or commercial building services 🔹 Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills 🔹 Ability to work effectively within a continental shift team 🔹 Good communication and client-facing skills ⭐ Desirable: '05; Experience within critical environments such as banking, data centres, or high-profile commercial buildings '05; HV/LV knowledge or switching experience 💼 What's on offer: 💷 Up to £45,000 basic salary + £3,140 shift allowance ⏰ Overtime opportunities 📈 Long-term career progression within a leading FM provider 🎓 Ongoing training and development 🔒 Permanent role with excellent benefits &A1; If you're an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician looking to progress your career on a prestigious critical site, we'd love to hear from you
