Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a permanent role with a leading social housing provider where you can make a real difference to customers and communities? We're recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join a busy and supportive Electrical Team, delivering high-quality repairs, testing, rewires and installations across residential properties throughout North Somerset and Bristol. The Role As an Electrician, you'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical works across occupied and void properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out full and partial rewires. Completing responsive electrical repairs and installations. Undertaking Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Working on both 230V and 415V electrical systems. Installing energy-efficient and carbon-reducing technologies. Diagnosing electrical faults and carrying out remedial works. Ensuring all work complies with the latest BS7671 Wiring Regulations. Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a right-first-time approach. Working within your designated geographical area while supporting neighbouring locations when required. About You Recognised electrical qualification. City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) qualification. Working knowledge of the current edition of BS7671 Wiring Regulations. Experience carrying out rewires, repairs, testing and electrical installations. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Full UK Driving Licence.
