About the Role\nAs an Instructor Demonstrator – Mechanical and Maintenance Engineering at Coleg Cambria, you will:

- Support and deliver practical engineering sessions within a modern workshop environment, \n
- Demonstrate industry-standard techniques and practical skills across mechanical and maintenance engineering disciplines, \n
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials to support engaging and effective learning experiences, \n
- Work closely with curriculum teams to plan practical activities and support learner development, \n
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, workshop organisation, and equipment maintenance, \n
- Support learner progress through record keeping, practical assessments, and ongoing feedback. \n

- A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related subject area, \n
- Relevant industry experience within Mechanical and/or Maintenance Engineering, \n
- The ability to confidently deliver and demonstrate practical engineering skills to learners, \n
- Strong IT, communication, and organisational skills, \n
- A passion for supporting and developing learners in a practical workshop environment, \n
- Welsh language skills are desirable for this role. \n
