Experienced Strip-Out Labourer - Wanted - Immediate Start! Leicester | Salary: DOE Temporary, Full-Time Are you an experienced Strip-Out Labourer looking for your next opportunity? Regional Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Strip-Out Labourers to join a major commercial-to-residential conversion project in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale refurbishment project, carrying out internal soft strip and enabling works while maintaining high standards of health and safety. What's on Offer: · Immediate start · Ongoing work for reliable operatives · Opportunity for long-term work on future projects · Supportive site management team · Large commercial refurbishment project Qualifications Essential: Valid CSCS Card Previous experience in commercial strip-out and refurbishment projects Knowledge of safe demolition and soft strip procedures Desirable: Asbestos Awareness Manual Handling Face Fit Certificate Additional construction tickets Roles & Responsibilities · Carry out internal soft strip works. · Remove ceilings, partitions, floor finishes, fixtures and fittings. · Assist with general demolition and enabling works. · Assist with temporary works installations. · Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment. · Follow all site health and safety procedures. · Work independently and as part of the site team. · Report any site issues to the Site Manager. · Maintain excellent punctuality and attendance. · Undertake any additional site duties as required. Requirements As a Strip-Out Labourer you will also be expected to: · Hold a valid CSCS Card. · Have previous commercial strip-out experience. · Be physically fit and capable of manual work. · Be reliable and punctual. · Work to programme deadlines.
