Electrical Project Manager - Commercial Fit-Out Central London £325-£375 per day (CIS/Ltd) Our client is a well-established £20m turnover electrical contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across London, with individual project values of up to £5m. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee two commercial fit-out projects in Central London with a combined electrical value of approximately £1m. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor that has secured a strong pipeline of repeat business and offers the chance to manage projects from inception through to successful completion. The Role As Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of both projects, managing all aspects from pre-construction through to final handover. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the internal commercial and delivery teams, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Managing two commercial fit-out projects with a combined value of approximately £1m Taking projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover Managing programmes, procurement and project budgets Coordinating subcontractors and site teams Attending client, design and progress meetings Managing technical queries and project documentation Ensuring all works are delivered in line with current health & safety regulations Working closely with Quantity Surveyors to manage project costs and variations Maintaining excellent client relationships throughout project delivery Requirements Minimum 2-3 years' experience as an Electrical Project Manager Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to handover Relevant electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND or equivalent) SSSTS or SMSTS certification Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills Excellent communication and client-facing ability Full right to work in the UK
