Senior Contracts Manager – Cambridge – £85,000 Fairmead are recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager on behalf of a regional main contractor delivering projects across Cambridge and the surrounding area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of work, taking full responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to handover. The Role * Full commercial and operational responsibility for projects * Managing programmes, budgets, quality and health & safety * Leading site teams, subcontractors and the supply chain * Managing client relationships and acting as the key point of contact * Supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion Requirements * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor * Site Managers looking to step up will also be considered * Experience delivering new build and/or refurbishment projects * Strong commercial and operational awareness * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid * Able to be on site in Cambridge as required Package * £55,000 salary * Company van * Permanent position * Long-term career progression * Established regional contractor For a confidential discussion, please apply with your CV.
