Telehandler Operative – Deeside Temp to Perm Opportunity £14.64 per hour Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Telehandler Operative to join a busy and well-established site in Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position with a growing company following a successful temporary period. Pay & Hours £14.64 per hour 40 hours per week Rotating weekly shifts: Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm Week 2: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm Overtime available at weekends Additional weekday overtime may also be available Duties Include Loading and unloading curtain-sided vehicles and containers Safe movement and storage of materials around site Stock rotation and stock control Carrying out daily equipment checks General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment Following all health and safety procedures The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience operating a Telehandler in an industrial or warehouse environment A valid FLT licence and experience operating other plant machinery such as: Loading Shovel 360 Excavator Other plant equipment Alternatively, candidates with recognised plant machinery licences will also be considered if they do not currently hold an FLT licence A good understanding of health and safety procedures The flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to work overtime when required This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable business offering long-term work, regular overtime opportunities and the chance to secure a permanent contract.
